• Do you have concerns that your child isn't meeting milestones?
• Would you like to ensure your child is on track for speech and language?
• Is your child hard to understand, or maybe just missing a few sounds?
• Are you concerned that your child is a late talker?

Often, a single session is enough to screen for a variety of speech and language delays and determine if further assessment or treatment is recommended.  

A full speech and/or language assessment can be conducted using a variety of methods and formal reports can be provided if desired. A couple of specific assessments include:

• Assessments and reports needed to assist with Program Unit Funding (PUF) 
• Assessment and reports needed to assist with your Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) application.

We will work together to develop a treatment plan that best suits your needs and those of your child. Children learn best through play, so our therapy is primarily play based.

Parents are an integral part of the treatment process and, as with anything, the best progress happens with practice. You will be provided strategies to try throughout the week and can be provided homework to incorporate into your day.
