I am very blessed to wake up every morning excited to go to work. My commitment to showing up with integrity, compassion and open communication allows me to build trust with the families I work with, and therefore be far more effective at creating positive change in their lives.  Due to this passion, my business is growing and I am now looking to expand my team to include another full time SLP who will embody these values of Blue Water Speech Therapy.


This position will provide mentoring and excellent opportunities for growth and learning, making it suitable for a recent graduate or an SLP looking to expand their scope of practice. The role involves providing in-person speech and language services including screening, evaluation, consultation, assessment, treatment planning, and therapy sessions for children with a range of abilities. Services would be provided predominantly in families homes.

Candidates must have:

  • A Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology
  • Registration with The College of Alberta of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA)
  • Possesses a minimum of two million dollars of professional liability insurance
  • Your own vehicle, auto insurance, and valid driver’s license

Successful Candidate will be required to provide a Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector and Child Welfare check.

  • You deliver strategies to families to advance the child’s speech goals throughout each day in a way that doesn’t feel like homework.

Passionate:

  • You are excited about impacting children one-on-one in a meaningful way and enjoy witnessing their accomplishments.
