Sam has been a Therapy Assistant for over twenty-seven years, starting as a Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy (PT/OT) assistant in long term care and then working as a PT/OT/SLP assistant in sub-acute and community neuro rehab. Sam has worked in various units at the Foothills and Rockyview hospitals and as an SLP assistant in the school system.
Recently, Sam has been working with the AHS Pediatric Community Rehabilitation team supporting the head shape/torticollis clinic, providing speech services and, assisting with a University of Calgary study of upper limb therapy for babies and toddlers.
